Spiaggia località Porto greco-romano
The beach is located behind the port of San Marco di Castellabate and owes its name to an ancient Greek-Roman port. During the empire the airport was used as a supply center for ships in transit or even a military stopover at the port of Miseno where the fleet was stationed. The coast is high, the coast is rocky and jagged even if the small beach of the ancient port is sandy. the marine waters were considered excellent by the ARPAC (regional agency for the environment of Campania).
